No Win No Fee
No Win No Fee is a term often used by the media to better explain the process by which your case is funded. The funding agreement used by us will not use this ‘press’ term but instead will use the proper term, Conditional Fee Agreement or CFA. Rest assured, a No Win No Fee agreement is the same thing. Put simply, you will not have to pay us a penny win or lose (subject to terms & conditions). We are duty bound to explain the agreement to you and satisfy ourselves that you have understood it and are happy to sign. Remember, we are a regulated firm of Solicitors so you enjoy full and complete protection in law. Your claim is in safe hands! As your case progresses, we will pay for any third party costs until they can be claimed back at the end of your case, thus effectively funding your claim as it progresses – you won’t find many firms offering that!
